Voice AI Engineer
WhyHireWrong? · Berlin, Delaware, United States
About The Role
I am looking for one engineer for a YC-backed, Series A team in Berlin. They are building the infrastructure for AI voice agents to handle millions of daily calls.
This isn't a standard "job." It is a high-trust, high-velocity environment where you ship to production on day one without code reviews. If you need a safety net or a 9-5 schedule, do not apply.
The Mission
- Build the core distributed systems for massive-scale AI voice agents.
- Move from "I don't know" to a working solution on novel technical problems.
- Work on-site in Berlin in a pair-programming, "act, then fix" culture.
Who you are
- You are a Founder: You've started a company or have side projects that prove you can build something from nothing.
- You are a Key Player: You don't just "complete tickets." You own projects and drive business outcomes.
- You are Technical: Strong Python fundamentals and experience with distributed systems.
- You are in Berlin: Or ready to be. This is 100% on-site. Visa and relocation are available for the right person.
The Deal
- Salary: 85k euro - 160k euro.
- No fluff, no corporate jargon, no bureaucracy.
- Relocation and visa sponsorship provided.
If you have a bias for action and the evidence to prove it, let's talk.
