About The Role
Business Ops Representative - Billing - West Hills, CA (Candidates should be within travelling distance) | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
This Rep, Business Operations-Billing, position acts as a coordinator for Revenue Service processes that require a balance of both technical and business knowledge. By using data manipulation tools such as Excel and SQL along with a strong understanding of billing processes, the Rep, Business Ops. are responsible for researching issues that impact on our business and propose solutions which help the bottom line and reduce bad debt. The Rep- Bus. Ops., is expected to assist in streamlining processes using their insight, business, and technical skills. Positions in this function also help maintain and monitor processes to prevent issues, so attention to detail and a thorough approach to quality control are a must.
Pay range: $24 - $30 / hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of billing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel to include basic V - LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access - Run queries and analyze data
- 1+ years of SQL experience
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Data entry experience
- Healthcare billing experience
