Qualified Chefs - The Belvedere

We are currently seeking passionate & experienced Casual Chefs for The Belvedere Hotel located on the Redcliffe Peninsula. We enjoy providing our guests with an enjoyable food & beverage experience that aims to deliver consistent food quality, presentation and taste. This role will report to the Head Chef.

About You

The ideal candidate will have flair, creativity and a genuine love for food, with demonstrated experience working in high volume venues producing a high quality menu.

• Minimum 2 year's experience as a Chef in a similar fast-paced environment or someone looking to step up to the challenge.
• Keen eye for food trends
• Wiling to collaborate with senior venue management to align kitchen operations with overall venue goals and strategic design.
