Scrum Master

As a talented scrum master with great interest in software development and experience with managing complex projects, you will help build scalable and robust mission-critical systems for our projects. You will be part of a cross-functional team to design and develop software products.

You will work with a team of highly-skilled professionals to build a unique and amazing solution!

Skills & Requirements

• Accountable for delivering projects in-scope, in-time, and in-quality.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of projects.
• Definition of ways of working with customers and adherence to agreed governance models.
• Safeguard and enforce Scrum methodology.
• Facilitate Scrum events.
• Remove impediments for his Engineering Team and shield against external distractions.
• Be a creative problem solving person.
• Have a good level of English language.
• Have a high sense of responsibility, self-discipline and eagerness to learn and improve.

Bonus

• Have experience with revision control systems, preferably GIT.
• Have experience with project management software, preferably Jira.
• Have experience with collaboration software, preferably Slack.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Scrum or PM certification.
