Hilton Austin is looking for their next Food Runner at Austin Taco Project!

Located in the heart of downtown, Hilton Austin offers guests an energetic Austin experience steps from Sixth Street and Rainey Street nightlife, entertainment, and dining — featuring upscale amenities like two on-site restaurants, a Topgolf Swing Suite, F45 Training studio, and a rooftop pool with skyline views.

***The ideal candidate is a bright, energetic team player that brings at least (1) year of restaurant experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic, family friendly, high-volume environment.

Shift Pattern: Sundays - Thursdays: Mornings, starting at 6am. Fridays and Saturdays: All day availability required.

As a Runner , you’re not just maintaining supplies for food and beverage service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Keep the buffet looking and tasting great: Stock and replenish food and beverage items for hot and cold buffets, monitor food quality to ensure it stays fresh and appealing, and transport items to and from the kitchen with efficiency
• Ensure a clean and inviting space: Keep the buffet area tidy and organized throughout service and break down the buffet after service to clean and reset
• Organize stock: Store food and dry goods according to food safety and storage standards
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
