Senior Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare domain , who possesses a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in cloud platforms, DevOps, databases, and Agile methodologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare software solutions that are robust, scalable, and secure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications.
• Work with modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js ) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js , .NET, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar).
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end integrations.
• Work on healthcare applications, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, HITECH, and ICD.
• Optimize applications for handling sensitive healthcare data, ensuring performance and security.
• Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Design, manage, and optimize relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Ensure data consistency, performance tuning, and secure handling of healthcare data.
• Work within Agile Scrum/Kanban teams to deliver incremental value in sprints.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Architect and design technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Optimize applications for handling sensitive healthcare data, ensuring performance and security.
