Internship Summary

Position Summary  

The Local Company intern will work alongside the Local Company leadership team to learn about the local companies’ operations. This intern will rotate between two local companies, in two different industries, to understand what it takes to own and operate a business. This intern will also spend time in Support Services to gain a better understanding of Winsupply’s business model and how to support entrepreneurs.

 

Accountabilities/Responsibilities  

  • Rotate between two local companies to understand what it takes to own and operate a business.
  • Rotate between warehouse operations, sales, customer service, and leadership roles.
  • Attending training sessions, shadowing senior staff, and gaining exposure to different aspects of the company's operations. 
  • Working with various teams within the organization to contribute to projects and initiatives.
  • Complete a group capstone project.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.
  • One semester post-graduation
