About The Role

The Scheduling Coordinator will collaborate with the team to provide scheduling options to our US and Canadian-based clients. This position will require attention to detail and excellent customer service to provide administrative support to our clients and Briotix Health key stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week on-site; typically Tuesday and Thursdays, at our headquarters in Centennial, CO.

Job Duties

  • Inbound and Outbound calls, approximately 75% of the day
  • Manage, triage, and expedite phone and email communication.
  • Use online scheduling programs and databases.
  • Manage multiple schedules and timelines simultaneously.
  • Provide accurate data entry using online platforms and systems.
  • Provide accurate and timely customer support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent telephone and speaking skills
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to manage multiple electronic documentation and scheduling applications
  • Superior, professional communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High ability to collaborate with coworkers both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in an administrative or customer service position
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Associate degree or higher
