Supply Chain Analyst (m/f/d)

Join our TechOps Finance team and provide the transparent, data-driven insights needed to support sound decision-making across the global supply chain. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning, helping to systematically strengthen supply chain performance and management.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze the financial performance of the supply chain, with a particular focus on inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop and implement relevant supply chain KPIs and meaningful dashboards.
• Evaluate scenario plans and capacity analyses in collaboration with the Demand and Supply Planning teams.
• Translate your analyses into actionable recommendations for business decisions and performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with international teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning.

Your profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Controlling, ideally within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in data analysis and reporting, combined with advanced Excel skills.
• Ideally, experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP or SAP APO, ERP systems, and Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• The confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders while building productive working relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate confidently in a multinational matrix environment.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage. You are based in, or able to work within, a European time zone.
