Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Female Head Housekeeper to join a prestigious UHNWI private villa in Dubai .

The successful candidate will oversee the housekeeping operation, supervise domestic staff and support the smooth running of the residence, including family-related arrangements, events and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
  • Supervise, coordinate and support housemaids, nannies and other domestic staff , including schedules, duties and performance.
  • Support the family with day-to-day household requirements, including children’s meals, schedules and activities when required.
  • Coordinate with the Chef regarding meal planning, dietary requirements and service standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact between household staff, vendors, contractors and external service providers.
  • Coordinate household inventories, supplies, maintenance, repairs and appointments.
  • Assist with international travel , including packing, unpacking, hotel and restaurant bookings, and household preparations.
  • Coordinate with the Chef and other service providers during family travel.
  • Assist with private dinners, family gatherings and special occasions.
  • Support household safety procedures and maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality .

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager .
  • Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel is a must, UHNW private household, luxury villa or private estate .
  • Strong experience supervising domestic staff.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional, discreet, proactive and highly detail-oriented.
  • Experience with children and family-related logistics.
  • International travel experience with a private family is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel internationally with the family; valid US, UK and/or Schengen visas are advantageous.
