On-target earnings ₱130,000+/month. Base + uncapped commission.

### What you'll actually do

Get in front of business owners and HR heads — find their pain, make them see the answer
Drive deals from first hello to signed contract — demos, follow-ups, closes
Sit next to the founder. No layers. No politics. Just work that matters.

## Requirements

**Bachelor's degree from a top university (e.g. UP, Ateneo de Manila, DLSU, or UST)**

**No BD experience needed.** We'll hand you the playbook**. What we can't write into a playbook is the thing that makes people say yes to you.**
