Job responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Assist in the enrollment process for new students, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Coordinate with coaches and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

Job requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational or sports setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
