Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong React expertise to build and maintain high-quality web applications within our banking platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern frontend architecture, and UI/UX best practices. You should be comfortable solving complex technical challenges in enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop modern frontend applications using React 18+, TypeScript, and Redux.
Build scalable and maintainable UI architecture utilizing React Hooks, Context, Routing, and Suspense.
Translate business and system requirements into robust technical solutions.
Analyse and resolve complex legacy issues and production defects.
Ensure compliance with code quality, security, and performance standards.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Investigate and resolve production incidents to maintain system stability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of frontend architecture, tools, and development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

Minimum 6 years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 4 years in React development experience.
Exposure to the Banking/Fintech domain.
Strong frontend development experience with React 18+, TypeScript, Hooks, Context, Routing, Suspense, and state management (e.g., Redux).
Strong CSS skills and attention to UI/UX quality.
Solid computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code and Chrome DevTools.
Basic knowledge of Linux shell commands.
Experience with Git and DevOps workflows.
