About The Role
As the VM Merch Labor PM, you will drive coordination and execution across partner account teams, field operations, retailers, vendors, and agency partners to ensure programs launch successfully and stay on track. The VM Merch Labor PM is the central point of coordination for integrated project plans, execution readiness, compliance, reporting, and issue resolution across multiple retailers and workstreams.

- Drive coordination of Visual Merchandising labor programs, enabling partner account teams to execute effectively across retailers, vendors, field operations, and internal workstreams.
- Build, manage, and maintain integrated project plans that establish clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability across multiple retailers and program phases.
- Partner closely with field teams to support successful in-store rollout, including merchandising execution readiness, training materials, compliance expectations, field communications, and reporting needs.
- Track progress against key milestones, identify risks and barriers, escalate issues when needed, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on time and on track.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to support timely execution of launch, go-to-market, and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Support program reporting, progress updates, key success metric tracking, performance insights, and stakeholder communication to provide clear visibility into execution status and outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvements that create more efficient, scalable, and consistent execution across Visual Merchandising labor programs.
- Experience managing reporting processes, analyzing program performance, and presenting insights to clients and stakeholders is considered an asset.
- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of work experience in Business, Communications or Marketing and thrives working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment
- Proficient in building critical paths, timeline management tools, and building/tracking/reconciling budgets
- Good understanding of logistical planning and execution, and experienced manager of large-scale B2C (Brand to Consumer) and B2B (Business to Business) client projects and events would be considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and grow direct reports and to foster growth on surrounding teams
