Job Summary
Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, is seeking hardworking and dependable Electrician Helpers to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with the installation of electrical systems and equipment.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment throughout the jobsite.
- Assist with conduit installation, wire pulls, cable tray installation, grounding systems, and equipment setup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the direction of experienced electricians.
- Assist with material handling, inventory, and staging of equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and project safety requirements.
- Support crews with daily construction activities while developing electrical trade skills.
- Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and trade partners.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn the electrical trade.
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements
- Work up to 10–12-hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, and work from aerial lifts as required.
- Work in confined spaces, uneven terrain, and active construction environments.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, high-visibility vest, and steel-toed boots.
