The Talent Acquisitionist will play a key role in the success of both our Driver Division. The Talent Acquisitionist will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, the employee lifecycle, customer and account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a team player, service oriented, strategic thinker, driven by processes and metrics.

- $55,000 - $77,000 ( please note that this is an estimate and actual pay will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and professional certifications. )
- Full recruitment life cycle
- Full utilization of an Applicant Tracking System
- Use of a variety of posting/sourcing methods
- Building relationships with employees and customers to ensure they have an excellent experience
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
- Marketing qualified candidates to potential customers
- Growing business with existing customers
- Participating in networking events
- Fluent in English and French, Spoken, Written, Reading
- Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with employees, customers, and prospective customers
- 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
- Previous experience in transportation considered an asset
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about recruitment
- Possess a valid Canadian Driver’s License and Ability to travel within Canada
