European Property Advisor ( Dubai Based )

About The Role
- Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and looking for experienced European Property Advisors to join our growing Dubai operation.
- We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who can build strong relationships with international clients and succeed in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- European language skills preferred — French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese and others
- UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Professional and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure
- Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
- Telesales and content support
