About The Role
- Real Estate Agent – Dubai
- Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai sales team and looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing multinational team.
- We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals with a proven sales background who are ready to grow in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- UAE/Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Professional, motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- European language skills are an advantage
- 50%–70% commission structure
- Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
- Telesales and content support
