About The Role
- Enclave Real Estate is growing its Dubai team and looking for experienced Off-Plan Property Advisors with a strong sales mindset and proven ability to close deals.
- Join a multinational environment with strong lead generation, marketing and sales support designed to help you maximize your earning potential.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
- UAE/Dubai off-plan experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and developers
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- European language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 50%–70% commission structure
- Fresh daily leads and full marketing support
- Telesales and content support
