About The Role
At Emerson, we are looking for a Digital Tools Marketing Manager in our Boulder, CO office to lead the customer experience strategy, development, and optimization of digital platforms for Micro Motion Coriolis flowmeters. This role combines creativity, technology, and collaboration to deliver tools that make it easier for our customers to evaluate solutions for their applications.
In this role, you’ll guide the development, promotion, and optimization of our web-based sizing and selection tools, shape how our products are tiered and positioned online, help integrate new AI-driven technologies, manage license key processes, and ensure our digital platforms are engaging, accessible, and effective. You will also help define how our organization works differently as AI becomes part of how customers and colleagues make decisions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
Digital Product Strategy & Customer Experience
- Own the roadmap for customer-facing digital tools, including sizing and selection platforms, configurators, and portals.
- Use customer insights and performance data to prioritize enhancements that improve usability, adoption, and business impact.
- Partner with product, engineering, web, and design teams to deliver an intuitive and effective digital customer experience.
Digital Adoption & Product Positioning
- Develop go-to-market plans, training, and communications to drive adoption of digital tools.
- Define how products are positioned and presented online, helping customers identify the best solution for their application.
- Optimize digital experiences and selection journeys to increase engagement and reduce complexity.
AI & Emerging Technologies
- Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities that improve product selection, customer support, and decision-making.
- Help shape how AI is integrated into customer-facing experiences and internal workflows.
Content & Platform Governance
- Own the structured product content that powers digital experiences and AI-driven applications.
- Ensure content, software licensing, and platform governance processes are accurate, compliant, and scalable.

For This Role, You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, digital product management, or customer-facing digital tool ownership.
- Experience defining product positioning, information architecture, or customer-facing digital experiences for a technical product portfolio.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of leadership, translate feedback into actionable plans, and drive successful results.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required. Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- Experience with web design tools such as WordPress, Webflow, or Adobe Experience Manager, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Google AI, or Microsoft Copilot and their application in user experience or guided selection.
- Understanding of software license management practices or platforms.
- Exposure to project or PMO workflows and internal tools that support them.
- Experience developing or governing structured messaging, content architecture, or content used across web and AI applications.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the annual pay range for this role is $87,100 - $124,400 commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
