Accountabilities
- Understand clients' financial protection needs and recommend life insurance solutions that align with their individual circumstances and objectives.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional and consistent communication.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and available lead-generation resources.
- Educate clients about insurance policies, coverage options, benefits, and relevant considerations to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process and work toward converting qualified opportunities into customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive client experience throughout the engagement.
- Stay informed about insurance products, market developments, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance.
- Manage daily activities independently while collaborating with colleagues, mentors, and the broader team when needed.
- Take ownership of personal sales performance, activity levels, and professional development.
Requirements
- Hold a valid life insurance license or demonstrate willingness to obtain the required license with guidance and support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs and explain complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented, with the discipline to work toward performance goals independently.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, particularly in a flexible working environment.
