Accountabilities

  • Understand clients' financial protection needs and recommend life insurance solutions that align with their individual circumstances and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional and consistent communication.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, and available lead-generation resources.
  • Educate clients about insurance policies, coverage options, benefits, and relevant considerations to help them make informed decisions.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process and work toward converting qualified opportunities into customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive client experience throughout the engagement.
  • Stay informed about insurance products, market developments, and industry trends to provide relevant guidance.
  • Manage daily activities independently while collaborating with colleagues, mentors, and the broader team when needed.
  • Take ownership of personal sales performance, activity levels, and professional development.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid life insurance license or demonstrate willingness to obtain the required license with guidance and support.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand needs and explain complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented, with the discipline to work toward performance goals independently.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, particularly in a flexible working environment.
  • Comfortable with prospecting, networking, follow-up, and consultative sales activities.
