This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator (Junior) based in Latin America (LATAM).

Accountabilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels to identify new business opportunities.
- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads before passing relevant opportunities to the sales team.
- Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients and help maintain momentum throughout the early sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and client information within the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and support ongoing communication throughout the sales process.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and project-related activities for leadership and internal teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to support special projects and broader business growth initiatives.
- Use AI-powered productivity tools to improve research, communication, organization, and day-to-day execution.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, marketing, or another customer-facing role.
- Must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence communicating with prospective clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, prospecting, follow-ups, and initiating conversations with new contacts.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to develop skills in business development, sales, and project coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve productivity and communication.
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Previous exposure to LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B environments is advantageous.
- An interest in technology, staffing, recruiting, or consulting is considered a plus.
