This is an opportunity to help shape and evolve digital products across e-commerce and mobile <applications.You> will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping turn customer and business needs into effective product solutions.The role combines roadmap and backlog management, prioritization, performance tracking, and continuous product <improvement.You> will collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and other teams in an agile and learning-oriented environment.There is also exposure to technology partners, service providers, contracts, SLAs, and RFPs, providing a broad view of digital product operations.The position offers room to bring new ideas, explore emerging technologies, and contribute to an evolving digital <strategy.It> is well suited to an organized, customer-focused professional who is eager to grow in Product Management and deliver measurable value.

Accountabilities

  • Act as the focal point for the Digital business unit, facilitating communication between business and technology teams and supporting the execution of digital strategies.
  • Manage product roadmaps and backlogs for digital products, including e-commerce platforms and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and other technology teams to write specifications, support prioritization, and facilitate collaboration.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and propose appropriate digital and system solutions.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
  • Conduct or support user research and experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, to improve the customer experience and product outcomes.
  • Manage technology service contracts and relationships with relevant partners and suppliers, monitoring SLAs, uptime, and contractual commitments.
  • Support quotations and RFP processes to evaluate and select suitable digital solutions and technology providers.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, digital trends, and market developments, identifying innovative approaches to business challenges.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean in digital product development.
  • Experience with project and squad management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to define, monitor, and communicate product performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience or familiarity with user research and A/B testing.
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and objectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user and business needs and translate them into continuous value.
  • Strong organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, particularly in environments where priorities and requirements can change quickly.
  • Product Management or Agile certifications/specializations are considered a plus.
  • Previous experience delivering relevant digital products, preferably in e-commerce or mobile applications, is a strong advantage.
