  • Ensure all works conform to project requirements and relevant standards.
  • Witness and sign off on MEP testing and commissioning activities.
  • Identify issues, raise non-conformance reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with construction managers, commissioning teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Participate in quality meetings, coordination sessions, and client walkdowns.
  • Support the preparation of handover documentation including O&M manuals, redlines/as-builts, and test reports.

Continuous Improvement

  • Assist in developing and improving quality processes across the project.
  • Provide feedback and lessons learned to support ongoing project quality enhancement.

Education & Experience

  • Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in construction, commercial buildings, industrial plants, or MEP contracting.

Skills & Competencies

  • Understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, documentation, and inspections.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
