Your primary goal will be to qualify prospects efficiently and consistently and secure high-quality product demonstrations for Account Executives. This is a high-velocity, activity-driven role where disciplined execution and strong communication directly influence revenue growth. You will use phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to engage prospects across multiple channels. Working in a collaborative, globally distributed team, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a measurable impact in a fast-scaling business.

Accountabilities

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads within agreed service-level expectations and convert qualified prospects into confirmed product demonstrations.
  • Build and execute structured outbound prospecting sequences targeting relevant retail businesses, combining personalization with the pace required for high-volume outreach.
  • Conduct effective lead qualification by assessing buyer profile, purchasing volume, commercial intent, timeline, and overall fit.
  • Identify low-potential opportunities quickly and prioritize time toward prospects with the strongest likelihood of progressing.
  • Book, confirm, and protect demonstrations for Account Executives, using reminders and pre-demo engagement to minimize no-shows.
  • Conduct consistent multichannel outreach through phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records, ensuring every interaction is logged, leads are correctly dispositioned, and pipeline information remains reliable.
  • Monitor outreach and conversion performance and use data to continuously improve prospecting effectiveness.
  • Share market feedback with the wider sales team, including common objections, successful messaging, prospect insights, and high-converting customer segments.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified opportunities are handed over with the necessary context for a successful sales conversation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS, technology, or similar sales development role, ideally within a transactional, high-volume sales environment.
  • Experience working with short sales cycles, high activity targets, structured outreach cadences, and measurable weekly performance goals.
  • Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing.
  • Comfortable managing 60–80+ meaningful prospect interactions per day while maintaining quality and professionalism.
  • Strong process discipline and experience working consistently with CRM systems, sales cadences, activity tracking, and lead management.
  • Proven ability to qualify prospects efficiently and distinguish genuine commercial opportunities from low-intent leads.
  • Resilient and persistent approach to sales, with the ability to handle rejection constructively and maintain energy and focus throughout the sales cycle.
  • Highly coachable mindset, with an openness to feedback and a willingness to continuously refine sales techniques and messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of prospects without losing attention to detail.
  • Native or professional proficiency in English and Italian is required.
  • Jewellery or gemstone industry experience is not required; commercial drive, discipline, curiosity, and a strong work ethic are more important.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment with a strong focus on ownership and measurable outcomes.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours designed to support autonomy and productivity.
  • Fully remote working opportunity.
  • Unlimited holiday allowance.
  • Strong opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career development.
  • Collaborative and vibrant international working environment.
  • Low-hierarchy culture that encourages ownership, initiative, and direct contribution.
  • Opportunity to work in a rapidly scaling global business during a significant phase of expansion.
  • Exposure to an international customer base and a dynamic B2B marketplace environment.
  • Intellectually challenging work with a clear and measurable impact on business growth.
  • Supportive culture focused on empowerment, continuous learning, and helping employees develop their expertise.
