As a Senior Project Coordinator , you will support the execution of complex rail and transit programs, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Your Impact

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to ensure rail and transit initiatives remain on track and aligned with client expectations.
• Support Project Managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements across major transit programs.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, design, and construction teams to proactively resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Assist with proposal development, budgeting, resource planning, and forecasting for upcoming rail and transit work.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination within transportation, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
• Familiarity with rail and transit projects, including railway infrastructure systems and components.
• Experience supporting project planning, risk management, cost tracking, and schedule management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering projects that enhance mobility, sustainability, and community outcomes.
• P.Eng designation is considered a strong asset.

Compensation

• AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $93,700 – $124,200
• MB & ON: $85,500 – $117,800
• NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $84,700 – $112,400
