About The Role
- Facilitate training needs analysis for individuals across the organization.
- Develop, deliver, and periodically review training programs, curriculum and learning materials.
- Work with business to develop and implement effective induction programs and material.
- Analyze, design and development, write, review and evaluate of training and learning materials.
- Document and update training records that are comprehensive.
- Lead the development and delivery of specific learning and development program that are targeted to cater the need of talent pool
- Coordinate delivery of training programs by leveraging both external & internal trainer and ensure continuous improvement of training materials and providers.
- Organize, administrate and set up training programs and events as required.
- Build useful relationships with external learning providers or facilitators.
- Deliver training related on topics that has been trained as trainer
