We're looking for an International BSC Senior Administrator to join our Business Service Centre team and play a key role in supporting critical business processes across our international operations.

What You'll Be Doing

As an International BSC Senior Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative and transactional processes while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing

  • Manage high volumes of transactions within designated process areas, including accounts payable, purchasing administration, master data management, document validation, cash application, and other related activities.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels.

Customer Service

  • Provide professional and timely support to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to queries effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience and swift resolution.

Compliance & Controls

  • Follow established procedures, policies, and documentation to ensure process compliance.
  • Maintain a "right first time" approach while meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
  • Adhere to all internal controls and governance standards.

Problem Solving

  • Investigate non-standard transactions and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Analyse issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings to management.
  • Escalate unresolved issues where necessary.

Subject Matter Expertise

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of team processes and systems.
  • Support colleagues by sharing expertise and assisting with training and onboarding activities when required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support project implementation activities.
  • Promote best practices and ways of working across the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in both Polish and English , written and spoken.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-volume processing environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
