Associate (Assistant Manager) /Associate Director, Treasury

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Development and support Head of Treasury for overall Group Treasury strategy and Treasury risks management
• Support Treasury policies, including Funding and Capital Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, Bank Account Management Policies and Contingency Funding Planning
• Support balance sheet management and capital management, ensuring liquidity, funding, interest rate risks are appropriately balanced with company return objectives
• Collaborate with and build relationships with Business lines to enable sustainable growth and have measured access to short-term and long-term internal financing
• Provide support to the Head of Treasury, CFO and other company management and Business heads
• Development, coaching and realizing potential of own team and wider Treasury function to improve capability and promote self-development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics or other relevant discipline, with good academic record
• Postgraduate degree or FRM / CFA certification
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in Risk, Finance, Treasury or relevant function in the financial industry
• Open-minded and flexible team player
• In-depth knowledge of local and global markets
• Solid knowledge base of financial assets and investment strategies
• Good team building and management skills
• Good Communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
