We are recruiting **Korean-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives** for a global technology company based in **Malta**.

In this role, you will work from a professional studio environment, engaging with online users and delivering a high-quality, interactive digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Host and present interactive online sessions from a live studio
• Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner
• Maintain high presentation and service standards at all times
• Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities
• Follow company procedures and quality standards
• Report any operational or technical issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and professional working environment

### **Requirements**

• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Fluent **Korean**
• Conversational **English** (B1 or above)
• Willingness to work a **24/7 rotating shift pattern** (including weekends and public holidays)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
