About The Role

We are looking for a RevOps Engineer – Growth to own our reporting, CRM operations, GTM systems, and automation. This role will ensure data accuracy, build executive dashboards, optimize our Growth tech stack, and develop automations and AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and support data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain executive and GTM performance dashboards.
Ensure CRM data integrity through workflows, automation, and validation.
Monitor marketing and sales KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and anomalies.
Manage and optimize the Growth technology stack and integrations.
Develop automations and AI-powered workflows to streamline business processes.
Support Marketing and Sales teams with CRM and system improvements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth Operations.
Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Strong understanding of GTM metrics, sales funnels, pipeline, conversion rates, and attribution.
Experience building dashboards using HubSpot, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
Experience with APIs, Webhooks, JSON, SQL, and scripting (Python or JavaScript).
Experience designing automations and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B SaaS, Consulting, or Professional Services.
Familiarity with Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, HubSpot Sequences, or similar GTM tools.
Experience with SEO and attribution tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
Experience maintaining CMS-based websites.
Experience building AI agents using LLM APIs or orchestration frameworks.
