About The Role

Full-time | In-office | B2B arrangement available

About the Client

  • Our client operates a subscription-based creator platform and social network in the entertainment industry.
  • The platform serves more than 200,000 active users and 30,000 creators, with payments and user activity flowing through the system every second.
  • The company has recently secured new funding, is growing rapidly, and is hiring key team members who will help define the next stage of its product development.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer to take ownership of the platform’s most important user experiences, including onboarding, discovery, engagement, subscriptions, and paywall journeys.

This role combines strategic UX thinking with high-quality visual execution.

You will be responsible for both the logic behind the user journey and the quality of the final interface—from information architecture, interaction patterns, and conversion flows to visual design and the broader design system.

This is a high-ownership role for a designer who can rethink existing experiences from the ground up and turn them into intuitive, engaging, and commercially effective product journeys.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the platform’s core user journeys: Design onboarding, discovery, feed and engagement experiences, subscriptions, and paywall flows from end to end.
  • Lead both UX and UI: Take responsibility for user flows, interaction logic, information architecture, visual design, and interface quality.
  • Design for engagement and conversion: Build experiences that encourage activation, retention, subscription, and repeat engagement in a high-volume consumer product.
  • Establish the design standard: Create and champion a consistent, scalable, and high-quality design system across the platform.
  • Rebuild existing experiences: Identify weaknesses in current flows and redesign them into intuitive, efficient, and best-in-class product experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering: Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders to move quickly from insight and concept to implementation.
  • Use data and behavior to guide decisions: Design for measurable user and business outcomes rather than focusing only on visual appearance.
