  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver design solutions.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, practical, and visually compelling interfaces.
  • Document design decisions, workflows, user journeys, and process maps to support alignment across teams.
  • Use business process mapping techniques to understand workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and streamline user interactions.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis to validate design concepts and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Maintain consistent visual design standards across digital touchpoints and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web design, business process mapping, and user interface design work.
  • Hands-on experience using Figma for design, prototyping, collaboration, and presentation of design concepts.
  • Solid understanding of UI design principles, responsive design, and web design best practices.
  • Experience with business process mapping tools and techniques to improve workflows and the user experience.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively while managing priorities effectively.
  • Experience with UX design, interaction design, design systems, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
