Responsibilties

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity audit, assurance, assessment, and advisory engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes across local and overseas projects
  • Act as the technical delivery lead for assigned engagements, including planning, scoping, execution oversight, quality review, and stakeholder management
  • Drive pre-sales activities, including client discussions, tender briefings, proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and commercial inputs to support achievement of assigned revenue targets
  • Work with key client stakeholders to identify business and security requirements, define engagement scope, and ensure fieldwork is performed in line with agreed objectives and timelines
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members by providing guidance on technical delivery, reviewing work quality, supporting capability development, and enabling effective project resourcing
  • Review clients’ policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines against applicable cybersecurity laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices
  • Identify control gaps and clearly articulate observations, root causes, business implications, and practical remediation recommendations
  • Provide recommendations based on regulatory expectations, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Support the development of AI-enabled cybersecurity and assurance use cases, including AI agent workflows, prompt-based automation, and governance controls to improve delivery efficiency while maintaining security, compliance, and human oversight
  • Visualise, communicate, and present assessment outcomes, key risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders, including senior management where required
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Hold one or more relevant Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, IEC 62443, Cloud etc
  • Overall 7–9 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience across audit, risk, assurance, compliance, consulting, IT/OT, or cloud environments
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams, managing client stakeholders, reviewing deliverables, and supporting business development or pre-sales activities
  • Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI adoption, AI security risks, and practical use of AI agents or automation to support cybersecurity, risk, assurance, or compliance activities

Preferred Skills/Qualities

  • Excellent grasp of cybersecurity concepts such as threat identification, information protection, threat detection, incident response, business continuity, disaster recovery, governance, risk, and compliance
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI responsibly in cybersecurity consulting, including AI-assisted analysis, AI governance assessments, secure AI adoption reviews, and development of reusable AI-enabled delivery accelerators
  • Familiarity with:
  • -Singapore laws and regulations (e.g., Cybersecurity Act, PDPA, IM8, MAS TRM etc.)
  • -Industry standards and frameworks for information security (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 etc.)
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Team player, who can also work autonomously when required.
  • Can multitask effectively and work under pressure.
  • Good at data visualisation.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to guide teams, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to practice growth
