We are looking for an experienced Senior Warranty Specialist to oversee warranty operations and support the dealer network across the Polish market. In this role, you will ensure efficient warranty administration, manage recall and technical campaigns, provide expert support to dealers and collaborate closely with the manufacturer to deliver high-quality aftersales services and customer satisfaction.
You will
- Manage and continuously improve warranty processes, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
- Provide day-to-day support to dealers on warranty claims, guarantee cases and aftersales processes.
- Handle complex and escalated warranty cases, working closely with dealers, customers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the manufacturer's warranty teams.
- Monitor warranty performance, budgets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Coordinate recall and technical campaigns, ensuring timely execution and achievement of performance targets.
- Support the development and implementation of warranty administration tools and aftersales systems.
- Participate in manufacturer warranty and service audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.
- Manage the Extended Warranty Program and support its continuous development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and enhance aftersales operations.
- Ensure customer complaints related to warranty matters are handled in line with applicable regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Warranty, Aftersales or Technical Support within the automotive industry.
- University degree in Automotive Engineering or a related automotive field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranty processes, aftersales operations and dealer support.
- Experience working directly with manufacturers and dealer networks.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive products and warranty procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver training and technical guidance.
- Advanced English.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Driving licence (Category B).
