Accountant (100% onsite)

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for assigned entities, including the accounting schedules and reconciliation as part of month end close process;
• Prepare monthly management account for reporting, ensuring the timely and accurate;
• Process payments and billing, and support day-to-day cash flow monitoring for assigned entities;
• Handle income tax and any local statutory compliance and its relevant filing;
• Handle the loan register and filing with the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with Group’s policies, processes and procedures and local regulations;
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and bankers on routine matters;
• Support process improvements initiatives within the finance function

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA qualification (or in progress);
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant experience or 4 - 5 years of audit experience;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, VBA an advantage);
• Familiarity with Navision / Microsoft Dynamic 365 BC or a similar ERP is an advantage;
• Independent and meticulous and proactive, with a can-do attitude;
• Good communication skills and a team player.
