We are looking for an experienced automotive technical expert to provide technical support and training for our dealer network across the Polish market. In this role, you will work closely with dealers and the manufacturer to resolve technical issues, deliver training, support aftersales operations and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.

You will

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to the dealer network, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Deliver technical training programs in line with manufacturer requirements and support the continuous development of dealer capabilities.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for the manufacturer, coordinating technical information, training activities and escalated cases.
  • Support dealers with complex technical issues through remote assistance and on-site visits when required.
  • Manage and distribute technical documentation, service manuals and manufacturer updates to the dealer network.
  • Administer Roadside Assistance contracts and support related operational activities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of service operations, technical standards, spare parts processes and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of aftersales systems, tools and process improvement projects.
  • Assist dealers with special tools, diagnostic equipment and manufacturer programs.
  • Coordinate recall and technical campaigns, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Participate in manufacturer service and warranty audits, ensuring compliance with required standards.
  • Support the resolution of customer complaints related to technical and aftersales matters in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Aftersales or Service Operations within the automotive industry.
  • University degree in Automotive Engineering or a related automotive field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive service operations and dealer support.
  • Experience delivering technical training and working closely with dealer networks.
  • Experience collaborating with automotive manufacturers and interpreting technical documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to different audiences.
  • Advanced English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Driving licence (Category B).
