Sales assisstant (Landsberger Allee)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• ✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
• ✅ Present and promote company products/services to potential and existing customers
• ✅ Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• ✅ Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice to clients
• ✅ Track sales performance and report on key metrics
• ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• ✅ Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
• ✔ Previous sales experience (preferred but not required for entry-level roles)
• ✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• ✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• ✔ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• ✔ Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets
• ✔ Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• ✔ Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
