• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Answer questions about menu items, making recommendations when appropriate
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and setting tables
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Basic French language skills to communicate with local customers
• Previous experience in food service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification is a plus
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
