- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Project Management, Rights & Permissions, Digital Production, Design, and other publishing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track corrections, updates, timelines, and project status in a clear and systematic way using relevant project management tools and documentation.
- Take ownership of projects from the beginning, with the expectation of developing the ability to manage broader projects more independently over time.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, workflow improvement, and content strategy discussions.

- Strong alignment with Pearson’s culture and values.
- Proven editorial experience, ideally with at least two to three years in content development, editing, publishing, or a similar editorial role.

- Ability to work with editorial standards, style guides, client feedback, briefs, and checklists.
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Analytical thinking, adaptability, and comfort working with changing priorities and urgent customer needs.
- Background in English Language Teaching, education publishing, academic publishing, assessment, or teaching is highly desirable.
- Experience with ELT materials, worksheets, lesson plans, teacher resources, or learning content is a plus.
