Data & AI Intern

Join our team as a Data & AI Intern, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our data infrastructure and AI-powered automations. You'll work hands-on with our data warehouse, develop dashboards, and create AI workflows that have an immediate impact on our operations. This is a unique opportunity to turn messy operational data into clear insights and contribute to our growth and success.

• Contribuir a la construcción y mantenimiento de modelos SQL en BigQuery, siguiendo las convenciones de modelado en capas.
• Desarrollar e iterar en paneles de control internos que resalten las métricas importantes y ayudar a traducir datos en decisiones.
• Construir y refinar flujos de trabajo impulsados por IA, incluyendo la mejora de la IA de Soporte al Cliente.
• Comfortable with SQL, or a strong eagerness to learn it quickly; familiarity with a data warehouse (BigQuery a plus) is a bonus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you enjoy working with data to draw insights and support decisions
• Curiosity about AI and LLMs, and ideally some hands-on experience building with them or with automation tools
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to structure complex ideas simply
• Experience in startups, consulting or operations is a strong plus
• Completed BSc and currently in the final stages of a master's, or already holding a master's, in a quantitative or STEM field (e.g. Econometrics, Data Science, or a related discipline)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• You're analytical by nature: you enjoy digging into data, breaking down problems, and letting evidence guide your decisions
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited by big, open-ended problems
• You're proactive and resourceful: you make things happen rather than waiting to be told
• You take ownership, follow through, and care deeply about the quality of your work
