Procurement Manager, Tech

As a Technology Procurement Manager, you will drive the Technology category, ensuring that Wise's deals deliver the best value for money. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your activities, be hands-on in your role, and contribute to Wise's mission of making money without borders the new normal.

• Assist in the execution of procurement strategies and conduct market research to support the team in understanding industry trends and supply/demand shifts.
• Support the building and maintenance of effective relationships with internal stakeholders and assist in preparing for cross-departmental alignment meetings.
• Contribute to cost reduction and spend optimization efforts by providing analytical and financial support and bringing to bear on your allocated sourcing projects.

**About you:**

• Foundational experience in forming commercial strategies, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry. Must have had exposure to the categories of send in scope for this role.
• Strong experience in Procurement related process execution, running and scoring RFPs, holding negotiations directly with suppliers
• Able to demonstrate a project management skillset which is needed for the delivery of strategic sourcing projects
• Demonstrated ability to personally contribute to achieving commercial targets
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Foundational understanding of risk management, with the ability to identify and flag potential risks.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn sourcing tools, market analysis, and end-to-end procurement processes.
• Ability to clearly communicate information and present scenarios to different stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and contribute to multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving**.**

## Additional Information

**Salary - 1,005,000 to 1,170,000 HUF gross monthly (+RSUs)**
