Regional Sales Manager – South of Romania m/w/d

Join Motul, a globally respected manufacturer of high-performance lubricants. As the Regional Sales Manager for the South of Romania, you will be responsible for generating new customers, building direct relationships, and growing Motul's market share. You will also coordinate and support sales and marketing activities, monitor competitor activities, and manage daily customer operations. This is a field-based role that requires at least 50% travel within the assigned territory.

• As a Regional Sales Manager for Motul, your main responsibilities will include:
• 1. Generating new customers for Motul's importers, building direct relationships with them, and growing Motul's share in their customer’s assortment.

1. Managing and developing relationships with distributors to achieve agreed sales and business objectives, conducting regular visits to distributor locations.
2. Monitoring competitor activities, distribution strategies, and market presence to protect and enhance Motul's position, and performing competitor analysis and market mapping.
