Engineering Program Manager

Join our fast-paced startup as an Engineering Program Manager. In this role, you will be the key connector across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and flight operations. You will report to the COO and work closely with the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include running cross-functional programs, turning strategy into actionable plans, tracking progress, and managing external partners and vendors. This is an onsite role that requires a proven track record in a matrixed organization, experience in a startup environment, and a technical degree.

• Assurer la coordination et la gestion des programmes transversaux entre les différentes équipes (ingénierie, qualité, fabrication, chaîne d'approvisionnement, opérations de vol).
• Collaborer avec la direction pour définir les objectifs, les résultats clés et les jalons, puis tenir chaque équipe responsable de leur réalisation.
• Suivre l'avancement des projets, identifier les risques tôt et résoudre les obstacles avant qu'ils ne deviennent des surprises.

• Proven track record in a matrixed org, juggling competing priorities without dropping the thread
• Working knowledge of agile frameworks
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Fluency in Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
• Experience owning schedule, scope, and budget from concept to production
• Technical degree (BS/MS in engineering or related field)
• 5+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs (hardware, software, manufacturing, and ops)
• A communicator first — you translate fluently between engineers, execs, and partners, and make complex programs legible to anyone in the room
• Comfort operating in regulated environments (aviation, automotive, or medical devices)
• Experience taking hardware or systems from prototype into commercial production
• Aviation or other regulated-industry background
