Business Developer - Industrial Robotics

Join our rapidly growing company as a Business Developer in the industrial robotics space. In this role, you will be responsible for new business development, existing account management, cross-functional coordination, and pipeline management and reporting. You will identify and qualify new potential clients, manage relationships with existing accounts, coordinate internal functions to bring deals to completion, and maintain an accurate CRM. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or business, experience in B2B business development, and knowledge of the industrial robotics landscape.

• Identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new potential clients in the industrial robotics market.
• Managing and growing relationships with existing client accounts, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinating internal functions needed to bring a deal to completion, ensuring alignment between commitments made to clients and the company's delivery capabilities.

● Degree in engineering, business, or a related field

● Experience in B2B business development, ideally in a technical or industrial environment

● Knowledge of the industrial robotics landscape (key players, use cases, sales cycles) is a strong plus

● Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, hands-on organization

● Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening and negotiation abilities

● Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority

● Rigorous approach to CRM management and pipeline tracking

● Professional English (additional languages a plus depending on market)
