Account Manager Intern - Paid internship

As an Account Manager Intern, you'll take ownership of subscription renewals, advise customers throughout their journey, and participate in exciting projects. • Assumer la responsabilité des renouvellements d'abonnement et sécuriser la continuité des contrats tout en identifiant les opportunités de croissance.
• Conseiller et guider les clients tout au long de leur parcours client, en participant et en animant des formations pour maximiser la valeur de la plateforme Nodalview.
• Identifier proactivement les clients qui pourraient rencontrer des problèmes et les contacter pour les aider, même avant qu'ils ne viennent vers nous.

### **Who are we looking for?**

• **Bachelor level** and above (End of study internship, Gap year internship)
• **French is your primary language** (as you will mainly contact French customers) and you have a **good command of English** (most of our internal communications are in English).
• **Efficiency** is your second nature, and you are not afraid to pick up your phone
• You can **communicate** well with others
• You have strong **organizational skills** and an **analytical mindset** allowing you to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• You take **initiative** and you’re a fast learner.
• You have an **acquaintance with tech** and would like to understand more about how a SaaS company operates from the core.
• You have to do an internship of a **minimum of 4 months**.
• You genuinely care about helping others with **empathy**
• You have a valid **EU work permit**
• You are currently enrolled in school and can provide an **internship agreement**
• And above all, you are **hungry for growth** and are **willing to learn**
• Start date: **December/January 2024**
