Business Owner Core HR Technologies (determined 2 years contract) - Tires

Join our global HR organization and play a key role in shaping the future of HR technology, data governance, and digital transformation. In this role, you will act as the business owner for core HR platforms, driving globally harmonized processes, ensuring compliance and data integrity, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the business owner for global Core HR technologies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central), ensuring effective governance and alignment with business requirements.
• Lead the definition, design, and implementation of globally harmonized HR solutions and processes that support critical business needs, including Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Define and establish HR data services, standards, and governance frameworks to support reporting, auditing, and operational requirements while ensuring compliance with data privacy, labor relations, security, and documentation regulations.
• Responsible for continuous improvements within the framework for the global platforms.
• Represent HR towards SAP regarding requirements and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a comparable area.
• Proven experience managing projects, driving process improvements, or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working in a global matrix organization and collaborating with diverse, international teams.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
