### Accountabilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve DevOps solutions supporting application delivery and operational environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux environments, including processes, services, permissions, filesystems, logs, networking, and resource consumption.
  • Manage Git workflows, including pull requests, code reviews, branching strategies, tags, releases, and basic conflict resolution.
  • Create and maintain operational automations using Bash, Python, or equivalent scripting languages, as well as REST API integrations.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines covering builds, automated tests, quality gates, artifact and image publication, deployments, and traceability.
  • Manage software releases through versioning, environment promotion, rollback procedures, and deployment failure diagnosis.
  • Apply GitOps practices by maintaining version-controlled configurations and infrastructure across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Work with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, services, ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, logs, events, workloads, rollouts, and rollbacks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Helm charts for applications and platform components while applying appropriate RBAC practices.
  • Create and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, including variables, outputs, existing modules, and remote state, following controlled pipeline execution and pull-request reviews.
  • Support GCP environments, including IAM, service accounts, VPCs, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud Storage, Secret Manager, GKE, and Cloud Run.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure concerns involving DNS, TCP/IP, HTTPS/TLS, and load balancing.
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure using Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, or equivalent observability platforms, maintaining dashboards, alerts, and operational queries.
  • Investigate and resolve medium-complexity incidents involving pipelines, infrastructure, networking, containers, and applications, escalating issues requiring architectural or specialized decisions.
  • Apply reliability practices around availability, latency, errors, saturation, and foundational SLA, SLI, and SLO concepts.
  • Maintain operational evidence and documentation covering incidents, causes, impacts, mitigations, procedures, pipelines, infrastructure, and runbooks.
  • Manage secrets securely and support DevSecOps practices by addressing findings from dependency, image, code, and secrets scanning.
  • Apply least-privilege principles to human and workload permissions according to established security standards.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams to remove technical blockers and improve delivery processes.
  • Identify and implement automation and continuous-improvement opportunities within established architectural and governance standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed higher education, with the diploma required during the hiring process.
  • Intermediate experience with Linux environments, particularly Ubuntu, RHEL, and CentOS, including server administration, services, users, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including networking, storage, compute, and IAM.
  • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including platforms such as GKE, AKS, or EKS.
  • Experience with Helm Charts and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads and clusters.
  • Basic experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic experience with Terraform and infrastructure versioning.
  • Working knowledge of Python, Bash, PowerShell, JSON, and YAML.
  • Practical understanding of Git workflows, code reviews, branching, releases, and version control.
  • Experience with REST APIs and their use in automation, pipelines, and platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of automated testing, quality gates, and software delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when investigating and resolving operational incidents.
  • Clear and objective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong documentation skills and an organized approach to technical procedures and operational runbooks.
  • Ability to automate operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
