• Initial troubleshooting of applications.

Functions

• Give supports to Call Center, Screen Recording plataforms and Mobile apps.
• The person should provide application production support in ACC.
• First level support for applications for 3PCC call centers and Call Recording systems.
• Initial troubleshooting of applications – does not include the code changes and defect fixes.
• Should coordinate with other teams to resolve the outages.
• Documentation for support and troubleshooting.
• Updating knowledge database.
